Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook – From Ambient: Pre-heat the oven to 160°C/320°F/Fan 140°C/Gas Mark 3.
Add 40g pudding rice, 25g caster sugar, 1pt milk and a knob of butter to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Cover and place in a pre-heated oven for 2 hours, stirring after 30 minutes. Leave dish uncovered for a rich, caramelised skin.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once open, reseal using tab provided.
