Cooking Guidelines
Hob – From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Allow 75g of dried pasta per person.
Add pasta to a large pan of boiling, slightly salted water, stir and return to the boil. Cook for 7 mins
for ‘al dente’ or 9 mins for a softer texture, drain well and serve immediately in your favourite recipe.
