Preparation and Usage
How to Use: Children of 6 years and younger, use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. Tips for healthier teeth and gums. Brush with a fluoride toothpaste at least twice a day (at night plus one other time). Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush at least every 3 months. Visit your dentist as often as they recommend.
