For ultimate roast potatoes use 1 tablespoon beef dripping for 1kg of potatoes. Add fat to a roasting tin and heat until hot, then carefully add peeled potatoes and roast as normal, turning frequently. Before Cooking: Pre heat the oven. Peel and chop 1kg roasting potatoes, parboil for 5-10 mins then drain the water off the potatoes and shake. During Cooking: Place beef dripping into a deep roasting tray and heat in the oven for around 10 minutes. Carefully place the potatoes into the roasting tray and baste with hot fat and return to the oven for approx. 50 minutes until golden. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. For best before date: see lid. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks.
