Directions for use Use enough sprays to coat unheated cooking surfaces well, then bring up to medium heat before adding food. Shake well before use. Before first use, press pump several times to activate. Evenly spray unheated surfaces then bring to temperature (about 5 sprays for the average pan). Use a slightly lower heat than usual when frying.
Storage instructions Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Once opened, use within 3 months.
